Flexaust introduces Custom Flexible Hoses that can be manufactured from a variety of materials for a wide range of vacuum and pumping applications handling air, liquids, dust, and fumes.

Flexaust Custom Flexible Hoses can be made from a variety of materials in sizes from 1/2” to 2” I.D. with varying thicknesses, pitches, and helixes, split-loom, flats, special cuffs, colors, and other OEM characteristics. Material formulation and construction of these hoses can meet specific application requirements for flexibility, durability, and crush resistance.

Manufactured to specification from polypropylene, polyethylene, Santoprene^®, EVA, and blends, Flexaust Custom Flexible Hoses are blow molded or vacuum formed and can incorporate various cuffs and end fittings. Applications include automotive, appliances, boats and PWC, RVs, sporting goods, sump and bilge pumps, medical instruments and devices, and wood shop equipment.

Flexaust Custom Flexible Hoses are priced according to construction, quantity, and packaging. Custom packaging in boxes and bags is offered. Price quotations and samples are available upon request.
